As a Product Designer, you’ll join a small, fast-moving team shaping the future of clinic workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to turn complex patient communication challenges into intuitive, seamless user experiences that empower clinic teams worldwide.
What you’ll be doing
Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences — from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
Collaborate with product and engineering to define features that balance usability and seamless patient communication.
Evolve and maintain Pathir’s design system for consistency and scalability across clinic workflows.
Conduct user testing and translate feedback from clinics into actionable design improvements.
Contribute to the overall product vision and ensure our design reflects clarity, efficiency, and impact for clinics and patients.
About you
3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design (SaaS, B2B, or healthcare tech preferred).
Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Framer, etc.).
Strong visual design skills and understanding of accessibility principles.
Ability to simplify complex clinic workflows and patient communication into intuitive, user-friendly flows.
Excellent communication skills in English.
